RigsReady respects your privacy. This explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect your email, and optionally your name, phone number, USDOT number, and company name when you give them to us.

How we use it

We use what you give us to send your compliance snapshot and related compliance reminders. We do not sell your information.

Affiliate links

Some links on our site point to third-party or government resources. Where we are paid a commission for sending you to a provider, we label that link as paid right where it appears, every time. A link without that label earns us nothing. We will never let a paid link go unmarked.

Third parties

Your data is handled by our email and hosting providers, including Netlify and Cloudflare, solely to run the service.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (which pages they view and where they drop off) and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and reach past visitors with relevant ads. These tools use cookies. We do not sell your personal information. We may also record anonymized session replays (how visitors move through the site) to find and fix points of confusion. These recordings mask everything you type, so your email and USDOT number are never captured in them. You can opt out through your browser settings or your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
