Overview

RigsReady respects your privacy. This explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

We collect your email, and optionally your name, phone number, USDOT number, and company name when you give them to us. On pages that ask, we also collect your answers about your truck and your driving experience.

How we use it

We use what you give us to send your compliance snapshot and related compliance reminders, and to make introductions you ask for (see below). We do not sell your information.

Affiliate links

Some links on our site point to third-party or government resources. Where we are paid a commission for sending you to a provider, we label that link as paid right where it appears, every time. A link without that label earns us nothing. We will never let a paid link go unmarked.

Introductions you ask for

Some of our pages let you ask us to introduce you to a company we work with, such as a factoring company or a carrier you could lease your truck onto. When you press the button that names that company, we send it the details shown on the page, which can include your company name, USDOT number, phone number, email and any answers you gave, so it can contact you. We send them only to the company named on the button, and only when you press it.

If a page tells you a company is not a fit, we send your details to no one. We keep the answers you gave, not your phone number or email, to learn which companies to work with.

Some of our pages let you ask us to look for a company for you before we have one to name. When you press that button, we keep your answers together with the email, USDOT number and phone number we already hold for you, so we can write back. We send them to no company. If we later find one that fits, we tell you its name and terms first, and we pass on your details only if you say yes to that company by name.

Third parties

Your data is handled by our email and hosting providers, including Netlify and Cloudflare, solely to run the service, and by any company you ask us to introduce you to, as described above.

Analytics and advertising cookies

We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site (which pages they view and where they drop off) and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and reach past visitors with relevant ads. These tools use cookies. We do not sell your personal information. We may also record anonymized session replays (how visitors move through the site) to find and fix points of confusion. These recordings mask everything you type, so your email and USDOT number are never captured in them. You can opt out through your browser settings or your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram.
